Profile and Experience
- At least 7yrs ERP functional experience (NetSuite / Oracle / SAP)
- Strong exposure to business processes (sales, logistics, finance)
- Experience in data, reporting & dashboards (Power BI / NetSuite)
- Background in FMCG / trading / export environments
- Hands-on, analytical, and execution-drive
Main role and responsibilities:
- Own and optimise NetSuite performance across MSS
- Translate key business processes into ERP workflows (sales, logistics, finance)
- Develop analytics and KPI dashboards aligned with governance (OMM)
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all functions
- Prioritise system enhancements and manage change requests
- Act as liaison with consultants and collaborate cross-functionally
